Department of Homeland Security

Tuition and stipend, 3 years.
Fellows are required to spend one summer at a national lab or other DHS-supported institution.
At present (2006) Rutgers has a DHS-supported center.

Knowles Science Teaching Foundation

Requires bachelor's degree in mathematics
